COFDAR PLATFORM TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT<\/h1>\r\n

Introduction<\/h2>\r\n
Welcome to Cofdar Platform (Cofdar.com), the specialized platform for wholesale coffee trade owned by “Madar Al-Tahawul,” registered with the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No.: [Registration Number]. This agreement aims to clarify the terms and conditions for using the Cofdar platform and regulate the relationship between all parties participating in the platform.<\/div>
Your use of the Cofdar platform indicates your complete acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Therefore, we kindly request that you read this agreement carefully before using the platform.<\/div>

Article 1: Definitions<\/h2>
1.1. Cofdar Platform<\/strong>: An electronic platform specialized in wholesale coffee trade, connecting coffee suppliers with roasters and cafes, and providing a secure environment for commercial transactions in the coffee sector.<\/div>
1.2. Cofdar Direct<\/strong>: A direct purchasing service through the Cofdar platform, where the platform handles the coffee supply process directly, and assumes responsibility for shipping and guaranteeing product quality.<\/div>
1.3. Open Market<\/strong>: An open trading platform within Cofdar that allows approved suppliers to showcase their coffee products, and for buyers to communicate with them and complete transactions directly.<\/div>
1.4. Supplier<\/strong>: A natural or legal person who supplies coffee or related products through the Cofdar platform, whether as a producer or wholesale trader.<\/div>
1.5. Buyer<\/strong>: A natural or legal person who purchases coffee wholesale through the Cofdar platform, typically a roastery, cafe, or wholesale trader.<\/div>
1.6. Coffee Transaction<\/strong>: The process of selling and buying coffee or related products between the supplier and the buyer through the Cofdar platform.<\/div>
1.7. Coffee Quality Standards<\/strong>: The specifications and standards adopted for classifying and evaluating the quality of coffee traded through the platform.<\/div>

Article 2: Registration and Account Creation<\/h2>
2.1. Registration Requirements<\/strong>:<\/div>

  • The user must be a natural person at least 18 years of age, or a legally registered entity.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • The user must be licensed to practice coffee-related activities in accordance with local laws.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Accurate and correct information must be provided during registration.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
    2.2. Required Documents<\/strong>:<\/div>
      \r\n \t
    • For suppliers: Commercial registration, business licenses, personal identification of the responsible person.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • For buyers: Commercial registration or cafe\/roastery licenses, personal identification of the responsible person.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
      2.3. Account Security<\/strong>:<\/div>

      • The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • Any activity conducted through the account is the responsibility of the account owner, even in cases of unauthorized use.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • Cofdar must be notified immediately if any account breach is suspected.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

        Article 3: Services Provided<\/h2>
        3.1. General Cofdar Services<\/strong>:<\/div>

        • Providing a secure electronic environment for wholesale coffee trading between suppliers and buyers.<\/li>\r\n \t
        • Providing authentication and verification services for suppliers and buyers.<\/li>\r\n \t
        • Providing a rating system for coffee quality and suppliers.<\/li>\r\n \t
        • Facilitating payment, shipping, and delivery processes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
          3.2. Cofdar Direct Services<\/strong>:<\/div>
            \r\n \t
          • Direct coffee supply from Cofdar.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • Guaranteeing coffee quality according to announced standards.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • Managing shipping and delivery operations.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • Providing after-sales service.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
            3.3. Open Market Services<\/strong>:<\/div>
              \r\n \t
            • Connecting approved suppliers with potential buyers.<\/li>\r\n \t
            • Providing a platform for negotiation and transaction completion.<\/li>\r\n \t
            • Facilitating secure payment processes.<\/li>\r\n \t
            • Monitoring shipping and delivery operations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

              Article 4: Rights and Obligations of Suppliers<\/h2>
              4.1. Supplier Rights<\/strong>:<\/div>
                \r\n \t
              • Displaying coffee products on the platform according to specified conditions.<\/li>\r\n \t
              • Receiving payments at specified times.<\/li>\r\n \t
              • Benefiting from authentication and verification services.<\/li>\r\n \t
              • Receiving technical support from the Cofdar team.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                4.2. Supplier Obligations<\/strong>:<\/div>
                  \r\n \t
                • Providing accurate and correct information about the coffee products offered.<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Adhering to announced quality standards.<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Shipping orders within the specified timeframes (within 3 business days of order confirmation).<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Responding to buyer inquiries within 24 hours.<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Adhering to return and exchange policies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

                  Article 5: Rights and Obligations of Buyers<\/h2>
                  5.1. Buyer Rights<\/strong>:<\/div>

                  • Obtaining accurate information about coffee products.<\/li>\r\n \t
                  • Receiving products that match the announced specifications.<\/li>\r\n \t
                  • Benefiting from return policies.<\/li>\r\n \t
                  • Rating suppliers and products.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                    5.2. Buyer Obligations<\/strong>:<\/div>
                      \r\n \t
                    • Paying for purchases according to the agreed terms.<\/li>\r\n \t
                    • Verifying coffee quality upon receipt.<\/li>\r\n \t
                    • Reporting any product issues within the specified period.<\/li>\r\n \t
                    • Adhering to terms of use and dealing in good faith.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

                      Article 6: Commissions and Fees<\/h2>
                      6.1. Platform Commission<\/strong>:<\/div>

                      • A commission of 6% is applied to each transaction completed in the Open Market.<\/li>\r\n \t
                      • No commission is applied to sales in Cofdar Direct.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                        6.2. Transfer Fees<\/strong>:<\/div>
                          \r\n \t
                        • A transfer fee of 10 SAR is imposed on each profit withdrawal operation.<\/li>\r\n \t
                        • A transfer fee of 10 SAR is imposed on each refund operation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                          6.3. Payment and Settlement Mechanism<\/strong>:<\/div>
                            \r\n \t
                          • Purchase payments are made through approved payment methods on the platform.<\/li>\r\n \t
                          • Supplier entitlements are transferred within 14 days from the date the buyer confirms receipt of the order.<\/li>\r\n \t
                          • Users can withdraw funds from their wallet every 14 days or when the minimum withdrawal amount is available.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

                            Article 7: Shipping and Delivery Policy<\/h2>
                            7.1. Shipping Policy in Cofdar Direct<\/strong>:<\/div>
                              \r\n \t
                            • Cofdar assumes responsibility for shipping and delivery.<\/li>\r\n \t
                            • Shipping cost and duration are determined based on geographic location and order size.<\/li>\r\n \t
                            • A tracking number is provided for the shipment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                              7.2. Shipping Policy in the Open Market<\/strong>:<\/div>
                                \r\n \t
                              • The supplier assumes responsibility for shipping and delivery.<\/li>\r\n \t
                              • The supplier commits to shipping the order within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.<\/li>\r\n \t
                              • The supplier commits to providing a tracking number for the shipment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                                7.3. Packaging Requirements<\/strong>:<\/div>
                                  \r\n \t
                                • Packaging must be done in a way that preserves quality during transport.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                • Appropriate and recognized containers must be used.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                • Clear labels showing product details must be placed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

                                  Article 8: Return and Exchange Policy<\/h2>
                                  8.1. Return Policy in Cofdar Direct<\/strong>:<\/div>

                                  • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt if they do not match the specifications.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                  • Cofdar bears the return costs if it is proven that the product does not match the specifications.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                                    8.2. Return Policy in the Open Market<\/strong>:<\/div>
                                      \r\n \t
                                    • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt if they do not match the specifications.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                    • The supplier bears the return costs if it is proven that the product does not match the specifications.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
                                      8.3. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted<\/strong>:<\/div>
