Our commercial-grade Javanese coffee comes from villages in Temanggung, Central Java, Indonesia, where the beans are hand-picked. To produce the best quality coffee, we still use natural and traditional processes. Natural coffee processing itself is actually a traditional processing method that involves drying in the sun.
