When does the offer become final?
Submitting an enquiry is not a purchase and does not create a final commitment. Price, quantity and sourcing terms become confirmed after supplier confirmation and agreement between the parties.
Cofdar acts as an intermediary and transaction coordinator unless the opportunity or agreement clearly identifies Cofdar as the seller or importer.
